About The Slow Social
The Slow Social is a calmer kind of baby and toddler group, thoughtfully designed for both children and parents.
Combining developmentally focused play with a cosy café-style atmosphere, our sessions offer a welcoming space that feels more like a supportive community than a busy class.
Created for parents who want more meaningful connections, The Slow Social provides time to chat, build friendships, and feel supported.
Unlike larger, busier playgroups, our sessions are intentionally smaller and slower paced, giving little ones the freedom to play, explore, and develop without them, or you, feeling overwhelmed.
Between the two play sessions, we also offer a free 45-minute sleep workshop, even if you don't attend a play session. This relaxed drop-in session gives parents the opportunity to ask questions, share challenges, and receive gentle, evidence-informed support around baby and toddler sleep in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Whether you're navigating naps, bedtime struggles, or night-time wakes, you'll leave feeling more confident, reassured, and supported.
